A friend of mine introduced me to this app. I was a bit sceptical at first, which is a tendency of mine towards mindfulness in general. But when I found myself in desperate need of some rest in my head, I gave it a go. Even though I forced it, it still worked for me. So I started boasting about it at work, which is what I do when I adopt something seemingly cool. But the app is already known to a half of the world.
